Working with you, Jay, and your crew was the most pleasant home improvement project I have ever experienced. The job was handled at all times in a professional and friendly manner. You and your crew did what you said you were going to do, when you said you were going to do it – something rare to behold. When plans had to be changed, you told me up front what to expect and invited my suggestions. I felt at all times that you had my best interests at heart and tried to save me money whenever possible. And, to top it all off, your experience makes it possible to manage without a designer – who else would have thought to put the frig in the hall closet!
We would highly recommend Jasand for any remodeling job. In particular, we would like to note that the job was done on schedule – with the normal allowance for delays in equipment & necessary changes and the job site was left clean every day – both of these were much appreciated.
In planning what was needed to produce an attractive shower stall, to the removal of the existing Jacuzzi and the replacement of a well-engineered, attractive, leak-proof shower stall, Jasand, Ltd showed innovative and careful craftsmanship. We are more than satisfied with the new shower.

Jasand Ltd has completed two bathroom renovation projects for us and we are extremely pleased with the results. Jay did an excellent job as our contractor for the Kitchen Renovation Project. It was a pleasure to actually see the contractor working on the job as opposed to having all the work done by other workers. Also, his attention to details and his creativity in solving problems during the tear down and construction phases were critical in offering us what became a “show case” kitchen.
We would like to take a moment to acknowledge and thank Jay Hocter who didn’t just renovate a kitchen, but created an elegant, warm living space. Jay is a master craftsman. His talent and skill is exemplary. With the help of his assistant, Jay took thoughts and drawings and from them constructed the physical environment that we only dared to dream of. Day by day, piece-by-piece, we observed the project unfold. Modifications and changes were addressed as necessary under Jay’s expert skill and vision.
